Refund & Return Policy - Makkah Watch
At Makkah Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a simple and transparent return policy for our customers across Pakistan.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or refund.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds (Cash on Delivery)
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via **Bank Transfer** or **EasyPaisa/JazzCash** as per your preference.
- Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Items that show signs of wear and tear or have been adjusted (e.g., chain links removed).
